If your clinic looses 4 employees in two months. There needs to be changes in management. Just because you are in management doesn’t mean you shouldn’t help your staff out when they are short. Please attend management and leadership training classes consistently. Keep your door closed when disclosing information about the staff.

Recognize your good worker's giving bonuses and giving raises as well having good be idiots being truthful and honest with your emplyee's and being understandable with every individual

There is no room for advancement in my area. We have no input on any decisions. Pay increases are very low for regular staff. Staff does not get bonuses. The main reason to work here is benefits, but the benefits are getting worse every year. Staff is not treated equally.

Look at the mistakes that you are making and don't make them no more... Pay fairly... Treat all employees the same and fairly... Look at what the employees have done and give them the opportunity to advance for real... Play fair... (You would see seeds start to sprout up everywhere... Even without you watering it...)
