Parkland is the lowest paying hospital in Dallas, for patient care assistant I have 24 yrs experience and they offered & 13.34 what is minimum wage, this is why they have a How turnover rate, and the benefits are reasonable but because you’re being paid so low you can’t afford it nursing homes are paying more I only took the job until I find something else and the hire process is long and time consuming all the emails of where to go, what to do , email for confirmation it’s overboard

If your clinic looses 4 employees in two months. There needs to be changes in management. Just because you are in management doesn’t mean you shouldn’t help your staff out when they are short. Please attend management and leadership training classes consistently. Keep your door closed when disclosing information about the staff.

There is no room for advancement in my area. We have no input on any decisions. Pay increases are very low for regular staff. Staff does not get bonuses. The main reason to work here is benefits, but the benefits are getting worse every year. Staff is not treated equally.
