Caring staff but lack of acknowledgment of the hard workers.
Staff gets to comfortable and slacks care for the residents. Overnight staff are found sleeping in common areas and on the job duties. Workers take advantage of standing around and lack of work ethic with pick and choosing patients and resident work. Hard workers work harder and the lazy workers get away with less work ethics.

Overall a good place to work. The residents are great and the management is caring. Sometimes it could be overwhelming but overall I would reccomend it.

Drama drama drama stay far away from this place!
The residents are amazing but management is horrible! The activities department is the dumping ground for all the work that no one else wants to do and then your constantly told your not doing enough. The activities director will put random activities on the schedule and when they aren’t going well she tell you to problem solve while she sets in her office on Facebook. Not a fun place to work.
Good coworkers and goid supporting cast and very flexible hours but benefits are not good and u are not treated well by uppermanagement but the it is rewarding to help the elderly.
