What is the best part of working at the company?They pay well and have good benefits. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Company culture is similar to working in a family-owned small business, so it has both positive and negative aspects related to that. Positive: generally speaking there’s not a whole lot of corporate-style “red tape” in terms of trying to get things done, discuss issues, or have questions answered. The people who have the answers are around and available. Negative: many people have worked there for 5, 10, 15 years or more, so there is some clique-ishness and a good deal of gossip that happens. Minding one’s own business is not a thing here. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s like working for a family run small business.
