Things can get messy for no reason with Office Politics. The job duties are not the problem, its the senior and department leadership. Company has so much potential.

There is no upper management skills here. It's a "do what I say and not what I do" place. Micromanagement. Employees have no sense of purpose and are not heard. Never been to a place where ordering supplies (or anything) requires 10 people's signatures and take forever to get anything done. Mission is great but in-house is always chaos.

It is a good place to work but senior leadership does not have management skills and thye don't lead staff in a proactive way. The expectations change a lot. The company is a great asset to the community but could do so much more if they moved into the 21st century. They are doing the same things the same way. It takes forever to get anything done. It is a nonprofit and they don't have a need...
