Best Career Ever!!!
Work-life balanceI absolutely love working here. I get to see the difference and the positive change that we are making in the lives of our community. Most rewarding job I’ve ever held and I have the best more compassionate supervisor ever!!! We are like family here at the Partnership.Pay & benefitsPay is based on your experience and degree level. Good benefits package available for full time staff.Job security and advancementMost employees have been here 5 or more years and have transitioned within the company.ManagementExtremely knowledgeable and truly love what they do!CultureWe embrace diversity here!OverallI’ve been here since February 2020. This is the job I would love to retire from. Since working here I feel I have more purpose and that I am valued. This opportunity has truly been a blessing in my life and could not have come at a better time. The Partnership has forever changed my life for the better, and for that I am forever grateful.

Things can get messy for no reason with Office Politics. The job duties are not the problem, its the senior and department leadership. Company has so much potential.

There is no upper management skills here. It's a "do what I say and not what I do" place. Micromanagement. Employees have no sense of purpose and are not heard. Never been to a place where ordering supplies (or anything) requires 10 people's signatures and take forever to get anything done. Mission is great but in-house is always chaos.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the management team to work with. Many wonderful customers to assist. Must have a lot of patience when dealing with a variety of customers' personalities.

It is a good place to work but senior leadership does not have management skills and thye don't lead staff in a proactive way. The expectations change a lot. The company is a great asset to the community but could do so much more if they moved into the 21st century. They are doing the same things the same way. It takes forever to get anything done. It is a nonprofit and they don't have a need to compete but they are not mindful that wasted time is money; money that could be put to better use in the community that they serve.
