A typical day at work would be communicating customer's via phone and email. Also, order entry setting up quotes, creating new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
I've learned various requirements needed such as the software used there.
Management is really great, fair decisions and they want to see their employees successful. Management is supportive throughout the company, and mangers have no problem helping team members (even team members from other departments).
Co-workers a great even better than management you will truly feel like you're part of a family there.
The hardest part of the job would probably some of the customers (as with any customer service positions) can be degrading, impatient, and condescending at times.
The most enjoyable part of the job would be the employee appreciation; which is through the roof! Somedays it honestly felt like I worked at Google.
Opportunities for lateral movement, family atmosphere, excellent management, quarterly bonuses, fun environment, employee appreciation
Not much room for advancement, favoritism is a tad bit heavy there, costly health benefits
