I see the problem as management they are lazy no team work they push their work on you and take the credit they have no management skills they seem to think just telling others what to do is being a manager what a joke. A big part of being a manager is team work and leading by example. I have yet to see it and I have been employed for over a year.
On some days we would be short staffed and would have problems with customers who were impatient or irritated.
