BMW Product Specialist/Parts Inventory Operations (Former Employee) – Suitland, MD – June 2, 2018
The management at Passport was fully supportive and created a collaborative environment. The work was fast paced due to the nature of the automotive industry which suited me fine. The most enjoyable part was the teamwork mentality that everyone had. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping customers and hardest part sometimes was helping customers which is all part of customer service.
General Sales Manager (Current Employee) – Alexandria, VA – June 22, 2017
Very friendly environment not your typical auto group performance is a must but not getting beat up every minute they understand and appreciate hard work but want you to have a balance of work and family time , they don’t just preach it they live it which is very hard to find in a large auto group
Technician (Current Employee) – Virginia – December 26, 2016
It very unorganized majority of the time. Due to the lack if communication . The service department needs people with better attitudes. There are some very nice people, but very few. This place has potential to earn good income, but business tends to be slow in the Va locations.
Fun at times, but really like any other dealership.
Associate (Former Employee) – Marlow Heights, MD – December 5, 2013
If you've ever worked a new or used car dealership, you know what you are getting. There are multiple locations and some are better than others, but all in all, it's the standard dealership experience,
Some good managers, some terrible. Some good co-workers, some terrible.
Free lunch from time to time, very nice amenities at the BMW location.
A terrible manager who was very bad with people. Some of the others were fine.
