Always running behind and under pressure to get through more calls, more emails, faster faster faster. Actual customer service comes second to how many calls/emails/chats you get get through in a shift.

Yes, but it's totally irrelevant to what you actually do. It's built out more for a salaried position and does not apply to hourly customer service reps, but yet, you're still held to the same evaluation standards.

Improve wage structure. Make sure that even temporary and seasonal workers can get the hours they need. Especially like I experienced there-I could not make up hours lost due to flooding near my residence.
