The owners and management made it difficult and unprofessional.
Yes! There is no clear communication between staff and management. Everyday the rules and procedures change. It is a very negative environment. The say they are there to help people, but it truly about making money.
Yes because their medical records system was difficult to learn and expectations were too high. The therapist was expected to do TREATMENT PLANS ASSESSMENTS AND NO ONE ELSE DID A THING!!!!
