The interview is well structured: it starts with the verification of the identity and experiences experiences contained in the CV, then comes the verification of technical skills, psychosocial skills by submitting the candidate to some simulations. In this interview, PATH also checks if the candidate has an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the requested position.
