Ask your employees about their supervisors/managers. ESPECIALLY employees leaving the company. Trust me, you will learn some interesting things.

Send all of your supervisors/management to business school or some kind of training to LEARN how to treat and talk to people. ESPECIALLY the nephew of the "CEO"!! Just because he is family shouldn't make him exempt from treating people correctly. Your place of work (i won't say business because it isn't ran like one) is a JOKE!
I think people should be given a fair chance to prove themselves. I was an Intern there to learn and help. Instead I was judged! Give people a chance nobody's perfect!
