They talk big about Care to Know and Make it Matter and putting employees first, however words mean nothing! They don’t ask or care about the community employees. Everything is corporate focused.

Expectations are ridiculously high with little to no support from the Regional teams. They come in when they want with no regard to what the community teams have going on at the time. You are expected to stop anything you are doing to give them your undivided attention.
