Management Team Member (Former Employee) – Seattle, WA – July 6, 2019
If they buy your practice, they make you think you will still have control (based mostly on being able to keep your logo/name), but it's the opposite. They have a "business model" that you must follow, which even includes how to run your management meetings...down to the minute. It's a sham, all they care about is profit. Most of the management staff are grossly under-qualified and shouldn't be in such high positions within the company.
Somewhat competitive benefits
Poor management, bad culture, no work/life balance
