I applied online and got a call days later. Phone interview about a week or 2 later, followed up by an in-person interview with HR, then another interview the day after with the DMS nurse at the center and was offered the position that night. So in total, roughly a month. After getting the job, training took 2 months.

I had a 101 degree fever and my boss would not let me call in. Said that it was not an excuse to not come in. So good luck. He told me I had to call others in if I was to not show up.

As a part-timer we are required 2 weekends a month, that's it. if we work more weekends, we get a few extra dollars hourly as our bonus for those extra shifts.

I was never an employee. Jumped through hoops to get through interviews and then was tossed aside. Not even the decency to get back to me and say, you are not hired, we are not hiring for the position. I have found in this case with Patient First as with many of employers that they don't care about courtesy or you if not an employee not realizing you may be the future pool. Never called me back, never contacted me and never filled the job as far as I found out. Once again another failure at the recruiting and interview process. Although I was desperate for a job and asked specifically to please contact me if not hiring me ....they did not. Now, not only will I never apply there, but I will never seek services there as I have because if they treated me so poorly as a potential employee, they probably don't care much about patients who seek out services.
