Same old thing. Upper management is well compensated
The upper management were well taken care of. They received large raises and very generous option grants. Even after just a few months of service. No one else received diddly

No Joke Startup Culture
If you want to make a mark at a phenomenal company, and are extremely motivated to do so, work here. Teams however are separated and culture / trust was an issue. Different founders push different projects. It is unclear sometimes which you are supposed to be working on. Little direction. You'll have to adjust quickly to the erratic style, but in the end, it is a solid product.
