A company that strives to be a technology company but has antiquated systems and process. Management could be more transparent with internal failures and issues and there is very little opportunity for advancement - only lateral moves into different departments. I adore my co-workers but it has been a struggle to sustain a positive attitude when management is disconnected and the COO is a bully.

Nice professional work areas low salaries and goals set you cannot reach consistently with the project base they assign. Many accounts are old and all providers in area have been called. Low retention rate.

I really enjoyed my time with the company here. I was definitely sad to go, but an opportunity arose that I just couldn't turn down. I would have definitely stayed and continued working here otherwise. The design team was great (besides the girl who did nothing original and only copied other people's designs) and it was a fun environment to work in.

fun, no overtime, great boss, friendly people, easy
Cons
no career path or room for growth, really small office, lots of drama, sit in cubes right next to the sales team

I would have rated management higher (The VP is a good leader), but there is a need to review some supervisors abilities.

While the people I worked with were great the management in particular the management in Cincinnati and petty and ready to throw anyone under the bus even when it was them that made you do something. You do get annual raises but once you are there for more than 3 years they fire you

LR, is extremely behind Cincinnati, OH Standards.
The goals coming from out of state management; such as new buildings, etc. Seem extravagant compared to the working conditions in Little Rock, AR.

Management overlooks problems and gets rid of those that call attention to the problems to get them resolve. If you are childhood friends with management or just super friendly with management, they don't care if the work does not get done or done correctly to meet deadlines.
