I like you guys (the CEO's). You knew that the turnover was a huge issue, and you asked about what could be done. What you weren't told is that the issue comes from the top of the sales department. There is almost no training, there is almost no concept of best practices or efforts to improve, and now that I've been at a company with an actual, legitimate group of sales leaders, I can truly see how much PatientPop is missing out on.
