For my role in accounting, it was 1:1 with hiring mgr, and then i met with 3 other people on 2nd interview.
I applied for a Financial Analyst role in Minnesota, and it took 3 weeks from the time that I submitted my resume to the job offer. The internal recruiter responded to my resume after 2 wks of my job submission. I got a phone screening on a Fri, and then 1 hr later i received an email for an in-person interview scheduled for Mon. Three hours after my in-person interview, I was notified via email that i was selected to go back for round 2. I had my 2nd interview on wed, and then on Thurs the hiring mgr called me to extend the job offer. It was a fast and smooth process, and i was VERY pleased with the entire process. They were prompt and professional!
2 on 1 interview, didn’t have any follow up interview and was made an offer the next day. The interview was very straightforward, given a lot of information about the job and the company. You should do some research of your own before going into the interview, as they will ask you what you already know about the company.
2 rounds, panel of 2-4 peers/hiring manager. Overall fairly informal.
First interview is typically with 2 people and they will ask questions about experience, how would candidate handle different circumstances, etc. Second interview will be with several people in the department all given a chance to ask questions of the candidate pertaining to specific functions and personal interests.

The interview is the only time you will see professional behavior. After that, it is chaos and confusion.
Interview process first through temporary agency then with company managers. They seemed upfront and took job seriously only during interview! After that I observed chaos and drama.
