Constant change, robbing of pay and benefits, employees are not heard, they address people issues with more top down regulation, they bash and devalue good people

Its a shame How they treat there employs. They do employ a lot of Mexicans And that's a great thing to do. But taking advantage of them. and giving them 7 dollars an hour. that's 280.00 a weekand there lucky if they get paid half of that...the feds need to look into this company...….shameful company .
They lie to you about the money you will be making...10% of every job that is complete with the customer satisfied. You can work as hard as you want but if they don’t cut the check for materials and labor for the project because they have no capital then guess what, you don’t make any money. They pay with a draw program which is newly illegal in Massachusetts
