Inadequate training for the un-payroll initiated. Training is employee-led. No clear leadership or support staff available to new employees once training is completed. Most mentorship is provided by peers in another part of the state. Unrealistic expectations of new hires' ability to keep up with the work load. Management regularly missing from the floor. Simply overwhelming.

Yes. And you go through several rounds of interviews. This is a thorough and fair process. It means they take who they’re hiring seriously. So if you get an offer rest assured you beat out at least ten fold in other candidates.
