They have a toxic culture and sub-par work environment.
Horrible culture...most everyone I know looking for other employment. The talented leave and what's left is those that manage up.
Paychex isnt that great and they barely offer training most of it is learning on your own. They have booklets galore to teach you and hardly no physical help unless they fly someone in from another state to teach you what you already know. Some supervisors dont even know the jobs of their team and what they do. The values are great but the opertions of the company is horrible
Very good, very homey and friendly

It's a call center environment with 6 employees per team, and there was 14 teams. I enjoyed working at Paychex and the training that Paychex puts you through is impeccable. They want their employees to succeed and I'm lucky to of had that training.

You have to be self motivated...if you aren't, you will not make it.

Paychex places a lot of emphasis on culture shaping. It is a very fast paced environment.
