A typical day at work was to send friendly reminders to my clients that payroll was due by 1 p.m. Process payrolls and make changes to the clients specifications, add garnishments such as child support, 401K loans, etc., and research and resolve problems in a timely manner.I learned how to change an irate client into a happy client. My customer service is above and beyond excellent.Management was helpful to a certain extent.Most of my co-workers were excellent and helpful when needed.The hardest part of the job was working with taxes.The most enjoyable part of the job was making my clients happy. To make them laugh and tell me how much they enjoyed my personality and looked forward to talking to me because I always cheered them up was the best compliment's I ever received
