This is the current scenario of my department: workload has increase 4X since inception of position: expected completion time had been reduced by half; not as much OT allowed; promised additions to teams to reduce workload has not occurred-no new hires in 3 months; criteria to be considered for position more limiting; and several have left the company - more ... in the last month.
