Work hard with great reward
Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Oklahoma City, OK - December 8, 2021
You will work hard and put in a lot of hours but when sales come in, it pays off greatly! The job is not easy and can be very stressful. Management is very supportive to help get the tools you need.

Great pay if you can handle the pressure
Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Paycom - March 17, 2021
Strong emphasis on sales activity and very aggressive quotas compared to other businesses in the industry. Not much room to deviate from the very defined sales process. High pressure, can be lots of travel and long hours. Most people are stressed out, but it's also highly rewarding financially.
Pros
Salary, benefits, highly successful company
Cons
High stress
