Great company, bad department
Written by QA Analyst (Former Employee) from Frisco, TX 75034 on January 3, 2019
Many unfriendly people, management is immature, unprofessional and know nothing about the work they manage. They could care less about your workload, work/life balance is preached but is a joke. Sad when management offers to bring in cots! They say the client comes first....the employee needs to come first cuz without employees their will be no clients. - more...

Fast-growing and trying to position appropriately
Written by Software Engineer II (Former Employee) from Cincinnati, OH on December 12, 2018
Paycor is pushing for aggressive growth in the national Payroll/HR services market space. IT management is trying to scale up infrastructure to be able to handle the new scale. With this comes risk and the inevitable mis-step. Overall, it is a progressive company that is willing to incorporate more cutting edge technology to solve problems.
Pros
Good atmosphere and some work from home
Cons
Some individuals are cut-throat and arrogant
