Too little pay for the incredible amount of work involved; you have to do absolutely everything in a certain amount of time while getting intense pressure from DL/GL to get great numbers across the board. Too much pressure, not enough support from upper management, and not enough payroll to reach exceedingly high goals.

If I left Payless, that would be foolish. At the EDC, our turnover rate is so high, we constantly work overtime. Our benefits are AMAZING!! I actually love Payless EDC!

Too much stress to get things done. You work alone most times. Expected to help customers but yet they crack the whip to get all work done under certain time frames. Too big of expectations for little pay and no appreciation.
