Acquisition that took place last year made the employees of this company fall apart. A larger company that diluted the value of the long term employees who were and are nothing but committed to their daily duties and then some. Unfortunate chain of events that ultimately lead to many disappointed employees. They hire from within, which is phenomenal - the only downfall is that it seems as if it's on the basis that you're "friends" with someone rather than qualify for the position. The pay grade isn't too bad, and the benefits are incredible.
