Get more representatives for the ones who need help fast. Have social workers come out to help people with applications and provide other helpful resources to the client and families in the area they are located in.

I would make sure that every employee, as well as employer, was well taken care of. I would constantly check on them to make sure that there are no complaints or if there are any suggestions as to how to how something can be changed if it needed to.
