No chance for advancement within the company once you start in the Service Center you are stuck. You have to quit and come reapply for a position to get a raise it is insane. Management has little to no technical skills, tier 3 leads take calls from customer instead of handling escalations.
Level 1’s have the Knowledge Base and their immediate neighbors for assistance on calls if they get stuck. Leads are never available because they are on conference calls with client support team or taking the same call as level 1’s.
