The offices have heat and air conditioning. Basic vacation and sick day policy is about it. Health insurance is expensive and changes every year (goes up in cost and down in benefits). They claim to be a technology company but their infrastructure is aging and they don't have much concern to update it. The end users desktops are 6-8 years old and the file servers in production are 10-12 years old.

They claim to provide many, but actually offer few decent options. They do not pay for benefits (health insurance), but there is a relatively expensive (1/3 of paycheck) healthplan offered. Fortunately it is currently not deemed "affordable" through the Affordable Healthcare Act, so you might be able to get good insurance through the Health Marketplace. They match 25cents/1dollar to a certain point but it is capped.
