I called in sick once in the almost year that I worked there and they yelled at me. Told me to find someone else to cover it or I had to come in sick. I ended up having to come in and apparently they found someone to cover the shift for me but didn’t tell me so i had to work late and handle people’s food and drinks while sick.

None. If you're sick you usually just call in ahead of time to let them know but they do try to make you find someone else to cover your shift

Being this is a Independent Contractor position there are no benefits therefore you have no sick time.
