I’ve been with PeaceHealth for several years. So many changes have taken place. But some people in management are stuck in old ways and prevents our hospital from progressing. HR is inconsistent with holding people accountable.

Grass isnt greener else where. Alot of things changed in the past due to covid and has affected my reason for staying with the medical field. Peacehealth is about profit and not staff and those that stood by the whole pandemic and got burnt out. Good, hard working staff left due to staffing, and lack of support.
