Is it perfect, no. But I really do like it there. I feel like I am heard. There is a speak up culture in the nursing departments and I don’t feel retaliated against when I speak up. There is plenty of more work to do, but we are certainly going in the right direction.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make PeaceHealth a better place to work?
Get rid of bullied people(director, manager and supervisor) and incompetent, insecured and bullied team members in the service desk and IAM team.
