I got my interview through a temp agency. Was interviewed by the manager and three team member.
Applied on Indeed.com for a Nursing position. Within a day or two, (on a Thursday afternoon) HR called me to review my application/experience, I was told my resume would be forwarded to the dept mgr BUT Not to expect a call before the following week.
Surprisingly, after being told that, I received a call from the mgr that same afternoon. The interview was informative, I think, to both of us.
I was offered the position before the end of the call.
Eugene, 1.Applied to Sterile Processing position. 2. Requested Face to face and that went well with head manager and two supervisors. Questions were industry related up to the point of referring to my age and ability to do the position. Remainder when well 3. Sent a Thank you and waited 4. Waited 5. Waited. 6. Started to email Manager and was communicated that the department felt "The leadership team did not feel you would be a good fit for the department. Thank you." well there you have it.
Applied online and they called me.
I applied on line and was called by Human resources.
The whole process from applying to starting took 4 months due to HR requesting time to schedule an interview.HR is great.
I had to do lots of research and get the manager of operating room manager. I called him directly, as hr never called me or emailed me back. Three weeks from phone call to interview.
Applied, got a phone call, went in and interviewed
