Stop ruining people's credit by billing them for what their insurance companies won't pay.

Hold managers accountable for professional conduct. Also for consistent remote review between staff.

If I were the CEO, I'd focus on making happier employees: you make your employees happier you don't even have to worry about the patients (customers). Focus on employee issues, NOT on financial reimbursement and the bottom line (money). Focus on quality care, not on quickly seeing as many patients as possible.

Start having the Executives live more of a normal life by cutting a few salaries and placing that excess back into the Medical Center. Stop comparing our Medical Center to Centers in Metropolitan areas! We are not a Metropolitan area and will not have #'s like they do no matter how long the compare them! Cutting the nurses from the floors and saying it will help decrease how long a patient stays in a room is preposterous! How about using some real homebred common sense!

Pay for performance, listen to the people closest to the work.

For management to treat staff with equal fair treatment.
