If you were to leave PeaceHealth, what would be the reason?

The hourly pay is really bad.

Very poor Management
PH Home Health/Hospice
Favoritism, bullying, Hostile
Do not Apply, you will be miserable

I love PeaceHealth. I could only see myself leaving to be closer to my family

Lack of upward mobility.
Lack of positive culture discussion in leadership.

Poor managment, personal mental health.

Disorganized management, not only are the unit managers and directors not necessarily qualified for their positions, but the upper "suits" are also not in the business of providing quality, evidence based care to patients. The Upper management has a money driven view and goal, and this is highly evident in the decisions and lack of response to issues on the front-line, patient care arena. The upper management shouldnt' be so disconnected from the front-line caregivers and every day ins and outs of the job.

I don't plan on leaving, however, at some point would like to advance my career.

I would leave PeaceHealth if I felt that my personal goals were no longer compatible with living here. PeaceHealth is by far the best employer I have ever had.
