Vacations are requested in advance and granted in a fairly manner.
Range increases with time. No sick time. But pto accrues at .119 hrs per hour @ 6 years employment. Strong union contract. Starts at .096 hours per hour for new hires.
Yes you get vacation days called Paid time off
Can take up to two weeks paid vacation twice a year
Depending on time worked you usually start out at 6 hours per pay check as you worked more hours you received more time. When I was outsourced in November I was earning 14 hours per pay check. Our sick time and vacation time were all in one bank.

When you first start, the first five years you get about 2 weeks vacation and after 5 years you accrue more.
