Gossip, drama, bullying. Not a professional environment. Coworkers can be great, but the gossip within the department creates a hostile work environment. Little if no security.Multiple people have left quickly do to poor treatment by employees. Not collaborative. Great people in the community. Too bad that Peace Health has hired people that do their jobs but do not cate about the patient. This overshadows the ones that care.

I loved coming to work everyday at peacehealth health it was full of different things on a daily basis working with the kids i miss the most it is time for me to come back home to work where i am most comfortable.

I wish it was not taken over so many changes.Trying to get the union out.Work double shifts mandatory.Enjoyed all of my co workers.It is for profit so they try to cut corners.
