Disorganized Company
The Company is very disorganized and due to that, it can be stressful to do your job. People do not relay information to you properly. The COO doesn't let the owners know that there are problems, so the owners think everything is fine.

Toxic
The most terrible place to work - no support- new south took short cuts in Bulding- food sucks - owners don’t care- members in outrage HR is the most worst I have ever seen-

Hr and the employees and residents.
Overall I had a good experience working there. The atmosphere was pleasant I enjoyed working with the residents and the hours were flexible. My interview process was great. And it didn't take long to start working for the company.

Could be something so great
Has great potential. Several kinks to work out in all departments. Management needs better training. Lots of Chiefs no Indians. Needs a few managerial adjustments in order to help with overall communication.

Great facility, not so great management
Management is all over the place. I haven’t felt supported or encouraged in my endeavors. The facilities are amazing and the residents are so kind and caring, but the company itself is poorly mismanaged and the residents have a ton of grievances with this company.
