$12.50/hr does not pay rent in Denver. A receptionist asked for $18, didn’t get it, and left. So did I. The clinic director is great to work for but the owners won’t pay and nickel and dime patients as evidenced by the switching to a new schedule where patients only see therapists for 20 min. That is not putting the patient first. There’s no professional - more... development either outside of monthly lessons and I didn’t know anyone there who got meaningful feedback or even an evaluation.

You gotta value your employees more than that. Chick Fil A starts you off at $13 with no degree... - less
ProsGreat coworkers
