I am a current employee getting ready to leave. Reason being there is a certain he/she that is so busy involving themselves in everyone else's job that they can't seem to get their job done right. This person has become such a problem and management has been asked by many people to fix the problem. The response from them was to promote he/she to a position downstairs. They now think they are the "dock supervisor"..... Really? He was sent there to remove him from the other shoppers. Except now he spends all his time coming up and down the elevator checking up on everyone. Meaning the new job is not getting done right. Managements answer is to play lip service to the whole situation. He has been suspended for his foul mouth towards other people. And still the nightmare continues.

Really unprofessional and dirty place, felt like I was the only person there who was polite and motivated. Employees always screaming and cursing at one another and hiding in the back to text/eat/gossip. Managers spend half the shift eating and gossiping in a big huddle while the shoppers work as fast as possible.
