Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  Hanover, MDJune 30, 2018
Go in do your job and go home. You will meet some cool people in the process but over all its not a career for most people. most workers I've met do this while going to school to better themselves.
Pros
set schedule
Cons
no room for social life

Order Picker (Former Employee) –  Cromwell, CTJune 28, 2018
It was cold--coworkers smelled like straight up weed. The managers did not care as long as you were productive when you were high. If you were not, they would reprimand you
Pros
free water
Cons
work was slow after breaks due to employees getting high

Clerk (Former Employee) –  Whitman, MAJune 17, 2018
Great work environment as long as your on managements good side. Union doesn't make pay fair in my opinion but does offer health insurance if your full time, which is also limited everyone is labelled as a clerk so your all the same "posistion" although you do different jobs
Pros
Work
Cons
Union

The job is better being full time, I gave up full time for part time.
Overnight Stocker/Loader (Current Employee) –  Willow Grove, PAJune 14, 2018
The job itself is easily learned through repetition, its typically taught by someone full time or a manager. Management is flexible with scheduling once you get to sit and talk with them. The workplace is great with employees who want to work, as any place of work is. The only difficult factors of the job are budgeted hours for those who are part time, and when several millennial employees want to slack off. Despite all, the most enjoyable part of the job is when everything is transitioning smoothly with work ready employees scheduled who don't spend time on their cell phones or standing about.
Pros
Benefits from being full time carrying over to part time.
Cons
No guaranteed break, gave up over 22 hours guaranteed, and lost a lot of money switching to part time.

Personal Shopper (Former Employee) –  Toms River, NJJune 10, 2018
A generally bad company to work for, they do not value their employees at all. Most employees are completely incompetent anyway, so this is understandable. The pay is god awful and the hours are even worse. The store works like a middle school, all of the employees spend their time gossipping about one another instead of doing their jobs.

Truck Driver Delivery (Former Employee) –  Farmingdale, NYJune 8, 2018
Routes weren't constructed well for the most part.
Customers didn't always tip

Driving was easy. Hard manual labor like bringing up cases of water (1-15 cases) upstairs in apartments with no elevator.
Pros
being on your own. listening to the radio all day
Cons
dealing with the demands of customers and not getting tipped

This was a part-time job and i think good for someone who doesn't need a lot of hours. The hardest part was working at night, but they do offer day hours

Poor management, unhealthy labor.
Clerk / Truck Loader (Former Employee) –  Whitman, MAJune 1, 2018
A typical day of this job would be arriving at an inconvenient time, as the night shifts start at the middle of the evening and end somewhere around midnight to the early morning. You are required to not speak, and you are not allowed to speak to management unless you absolutely must. Majority of the managers will come down on you harshly if you are "slacking off", which could be anything from going to the restroom to talking with another superior. Most people who work are minors, drug addicts, or ill-tempered individuals. The working establishment is incredibly unsanitary, which is often ignored by management.
Pros
Decent pay for an entry-level job.
Cons
One, short break every 6.5 hour shift. Poor management, limited hours, 0 job advancement opportunities.

They will work you too much & not try to pay more money. I didn’t like they were felony friendly. I don’t feel I should have to work with felons seeings as though I do not have a record.

Grate place to work but you need your own car to work there. It will be to much on public transportation. The environment is very competitive. You have to be in good physical shape to do the work. the job requires a lot of lifting.
Pros
a lot of carrying boxes up and down steps
Cons
daily tips add up quick

Management was horrible
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  MarylandApril 27, 2018
They are the type of company who dont properly train their employees and wonder why people dont last long there. Listen to your coworkers. Ask them for help. Youll never find a manger when you need them.
Pros
Long breaks, great coworkers, decent benifits
Cons
Terrible management, horrible trainers, rediculous contracts, temporary

Selector/Loader (Former Employee) –  Baltimore, MDApril 24, 2018
Working there you meet new friends and learn more about produce foods. What I learned at the job is get wrest and stretch before entering the work place. It wasn't no hardest part of the job the job is basic and easy. The most enjoyable about the job is meeting new friends and working together.
Pros
You get alot of hours
Cons
Dont pay enough
