  • Not be cheap in the short term because that becomes expensive in the long term. People dont want to work for cheap employers.
    Modernize the corporate behaviors. More carrot less stick.

  • I would give employees their check stubs and incentives.

  • Stop the outsourcing and continue layoff of people

  • Hire REAL managers. Promoting from within is NOT working

  • Have insight in what everyone in the company is doing and what they are doing well/not well, in a similar standard; remove bigotry/silo's/different pay standards/the bell curve (when i worked there every manager had to give a direct report a one on performance - the lowest; in order to give another person that reported to them a 5). This was published by our president at the time and sent out to anyone with "manager" in their title, including project managers that don't have any direct reports. LOL.
