  • Prepare for a professional interview. Know a little about the job.

  • Don’t do it! There are better online schools out there to work for!

  • Be prepared by reflecting on the job competencies and Pearson OBL values and how you complement them.

  • Emphasize your attention to detail and your skills to remain calm under pressure

  • Be yourself!

  • Internal jobs may be ok, but field jobs are soul crushing.

  • Be proficient in reading, writing and/ or math. A basic test is administered as part of the qualifying process. It isn’t difficult but accuracy is important. Be able to follow directions and be able to read handwriting. Training is provided and expectations explained. Be an independent worker after training.

  • If you are just starting out, it is a great place to learn how an office should not be ran.
    If you have substantial experince in business, do yourself a favor and steer clear. There are so many other companies and sub-offices that know how to conduct business and actually care about thier employees.

  • Be willing to do anything.
