I am interested in working from home. What is the procedure and when is the next project? For in-house Sales Reps, you're expected to be in the office a minimum amount of time per week--especially if you are a new hire. New hires get very little leeway when it comes to workplace flexibility. 2-3 year employees can have a good amount of WFH time. Summers are majority WFH.
