Test Administrator in Bethesda, MD
on August 7, 2012
A typical day of work would include checking test takers' identification, admitting them to take their tests, proctoring the test takers while they took their tests to maintain security , and then deliver the results of the test to the appropriate place. Some other responsibilities were general test center upkeep such as, keeping the test area sanitized and, if need be, doing some repairs on the test center computers. The hardest part of the job was being able to juggle my work schedule around school, which I was attending full-time. The most enjoyable part was learning about all the different professions that we administered test for.

When I was there it was a fair and open minded workplace. A decent amount of PTO/Vacation/Sick time and good health benefits with a decent salary. Good training and experience that might prepare you for multiple future industries.

Same work everyday. Loved working when i first started but it got old after a while. Also busy season is death. 12 hour days infront of a computer for a month. Also my whole team got laid off right after busy season because they are changing the way they do things. If you want to go crazy sitting infront of your computer this is a great job for you!
Enrollment Specialist in Remote

It’s a decent entry level place to work. If you work hard you can work your way up easily. ……. Sometimes you will speak with upset callers, that is part of the job
