Stable and Exciting Guest Service place to work

Pechanga Resort Casino has been an amazing opportunity to enjoy what I do and get paid well to do it. Pechanga strives to be the leading employer in the area with lots of team member benefits and lots of opportunities to advance. It is all about your enthusiasm and drive to succeed. Not all places to work are perfect and Pechanga has it's cons. (Busy! Pace of work!) The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence. The grass is greener where you water it. Pechanga has been that place to provide a living for me and my family and a reliable industry with lots of resources and lots of job security.

How all Depts work with each other and how friendly all personel are and help each other on a need to know basis. There are no bad things about the company. Pechanga Tribe takes good care of all the workers. Family is what is all about.

Worst company to work for HANDS DOWN

Even when you sign over your life to Pechanga they still do not care about their employees. If you are fine with having no social life whatsoever and being away on EVERY holiday then Pechanga is for you! You need to work for them at least 20 years to get a Christmas off or a main holiday and I'm not even exaggerating.

Bad management

They dont care about their employees. No improvement. Low pay raise, only 10 cents. Chefs are unorganized, always scared of the big boss. Theyre terrible.
