Evaluate the clinical and office managers and find out why there is a high rate of turnovers. There is a lot of personal feelings involved from management (heavy attitudes/favoritism), which in turn, cause employees to leave and not want to deal with the drama and pettiness of the office. The pay rate needs to be increased. The patient schedule needs to be opened up to 10 - 15 minute intervals instead of 5 minutes. There is no time to accurately check-in, triage, obtain vitals and room patients in a 5 minute interval (take into consideration that babies urinate and have bowel movements all over the scales that have to be cleaned and then resume vitals). Parents complain about the wait, which affects the visit because they are unhappy.

The office is great to work in. The Doctors and nurses are great. Definelty need to go through the staff to remove the staff that violate HIPAA, bully and don't care about their attitude toward your patients. You are greated @ the front but your staff at the front is rude along with your office manager who likes to discuss patients bills at the desk with a waiting room full of patients, very unprofessional. The offices lack of care isn't going to keep employees. The physician's are great to work for but the front staff is atrociously rude along with a medical assistant. Definelty need to get rid of the threatening staff that's been there for years.

I believe on average some receptionist's started out at $14.00. I think they based it on if you had any experience or not.
