Evaluate the clinical and office managers and find out why there is a high rate of turnovers. There is a lot of personal feelings involved from management (heavy attitudes/favoritism), which in turn, cause employees to leave and not want to deal with the drama and pettiness of the office. The pay rate needs to be increased. The patient schedule needs to be opened up to 10 - 15 minute intervals instead of 5 minutes. There is no time to accurately check-in, triage, obtain vitals and room patients in a 5 minute interval (take into consideration that babies urinate and have bowel movements all over the scales that have to be cleaned and then resume vitals). Parents complain about the wait, which affects the visit because they are unhappy.
