Preschool Classroom Teacher Assistant in North Little Rock, AR
Only SOME of management is caring and concerned not only for the students but for the staff. Rules and policies are only reinforced when they want them to be instead of all the time. Children come to school sick and management don’t seek the need for children to go home unless they have a fever. When children are involved in accidents, they sometimes wait too late to call parents and let them know what happened. People are hired who are not qualified and then get placed in classrooms showing no genuine interests in the children or the work that they applied for. This is some people’s passion so it is unfair to those who are passionate and unfair to the children when employees come in not investing or caring about the children. Don’t apply to work at a preschool if you don’t like children.

The management is a joke they talk down to the LTs and CTAs they are do as I say not as I do. They preached to us about our masks but wouldn’t wear there’s. If you needed to go they made you feel guilty for it. They threw you in rooms and didn’t care if you knew anything about the kids, sometimes you couldn’t even go to the bathroom. Some days you didn’t know when you were going to lunch, they NEVER told you about your kids and why they weren’t there. Absolutely no communication with admin and staff! Pay is horrible Overall I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Now the therapist are awesome and actually care and will listen if you have a child that need OUTPATIENT therapy I will recommend the therapist but not the preschool
Registered Behavior Technician in Frisco, TX
This company is great, they initially had a wonderful, family culture when I started. In recent months, new members have come into the company and the old management pushed out, leaving the employees in the hands of individuals who have no care for us.
Multiple meetings with management resulted in lies being told of me. When expressing truth, more lies were used to cover up the mistakes of others in admin. The Frisco location has no care for it's employees, however whenever the owners visit, it is great.
Supervisors offer no support, when addressing why something is being done incorrectly, they OPENLY lie, and say that support is constantly present. Be prepared to see eyes rolled at you, and looks exchanged in front of you whenever you ask a question. As soon as they go into an office, supervisors are consistently overheard speaking poorly about RBT's without offering support or solutions to them.
Feels like high school.
Other therapists there are great, and as supportive as they can possibly be. The teachers are all incredibly sweet and have their students best interest at heart. Extremely friendly!
The owners of this company, as well as other individuals from other locations, have been great, they are amazing and incredibly caring of your own self and well-being. They truly care for the clients there and the employees, ensuring we are at our best to do our best for the clients. The only reason for staying as long as I did was because of them and how warm and welcoming they are, whenever they were present I felt like a part of a great work family.
The ABA team in Frisco is not a great work environment, will cause a loss in any passion for ABA. BCBA's and admin are a dangerous and saddening aspect of the company, and have completely destroyed the integrity and culture of the company.
Be cautious, do not trust the admin in Frisco location because any concerns and complaints will be flipped around and blamed on you.
Teaching Assistant in Conway, AR
Working at this place was the one of the worst experiences of my life. They throw you in multiple classrooms where you don’t know any of the kids or any of their behavioral or medical needs. You get almost no support. They claim that they want to hear any problems and concerns you have, but if you express one, they turn it around on you and distort the facts of the situation. The “culture” is suffocating and manipulative. You are a part of a ‘big family’ and the work you are doing is ‘very important’, so you won’t mind or notice if we pay you the bare minimum while we line our pockets with cash, right?
